In honor of Winter Solstice, I’ve created another Black-out Poem, from the very same page of type as last week’s post. Funny how the same poet scanning the same words might find in them an entirely different message. If you tried this last week, do it again and see what happens.

Indeed Joan, our life experience will always bring different nuances and perspectives. Nice exercise here! I must try it sometime 😀

Thanks, Chevvy. Seems experience, mood, or even what’s on our minds can affect the way we see things. Do try it, you may be amazed at what you find. 🙂

It seems much wisdom can be derived from taking things out of context.

Oh gosh, no. Thanks for asking but just really burnt on writing right now. Maybe inspiration will hit in the new year.

Joan, this is so true. It is interesting how in looking at the same page of words that you can find another poetic message. It is truly a neat form of poetry, and I have some old books just sitting around…. Good work 😀

Thanks, Lana. Seems a different day, weather, mood, outlook on life, etc, can affect what we see and shake down different parts of the brain. That’s what I hoped to show here. 🙂

That’s very true. It does affect what we see and how we think. I hope you are having a lovely holiday season…we just came out of the deep freezer 😀
